Coming to his new SPRING COLLECTION. The theme is based on a union of two souls and coming together of families to celebrate their union and happiness. The collection celebrates sisterhood and their lives at the fort. The backdrop of the shoot of this collection is at Diggifort in Rajasthan.
This collection is more focused on bright colours, vibrant hues, bold patterns. Basically portraying a wedding festive look. It is highly inspired by the aromas and the colours of the various Indian masalas like haldi, kesar and mirch.
HERE ARE SOME PIECES FROM ABHINAV MISHRA FROM HIS SPRING COLLECTION 2022-
This is a mesmerising orange mirror work lehenga by Abhinav Mishra. I totally love the colour for a spring or a summer wedding. The details are intriguing. If you are someone who loves a heavy embroidered mirror work lehenga then this one is for you. The sheeshas are woven into fabric in such a delicate and detailed manner.
This is a stunning piece from Abhinav Mishra. The blend of colours just makes it suitable to wear for a spring/summer wedding. The base colour is cream, with a blend of fuschia pink, bright turquoise , orange and golden. This is a suitable colour for those who don’t want to go with just one colour. The lehenga has some bold shapes on it like a star all over it and rhombus pattern in the bottom of the lehenga with a fuschia pink border. I am totally in love with the colour of the dupatta. The powder blue is a contrast to the rest of the outfit with a patti of pink and orange mirror work and kiran zhallar in the ends of the dupatta.
If you are a minimalist bride, then this vibrant yellow lehenga is for you. Apart from the colour, which is very bright and ideal for a summer wedding, this lehenga is not very heavy. The border is adorned with a lot of mirror work as compared to the whole lehenga. The small mirrors all over the lehenga is giving it a very subtle and lightweight look. The dupatta is heavy with Patti of sheesha and patterns all over it which compensates the light weight lehenga. This lehenga is also perfect for all those who want to go monochrome with their outfit. As Abhinav Mishra has mentioned that his collection is inspired by aromas and sight of spices like haldi, the yellow colour is truly inspired by it.
There is a saying that ivory is the new red and I second that. Ivory is the most trending colour this year considering that Alia Bhatt opted for ivory for her wedding and rocked her look. Ivory is classic, subtle and suits everyone. It adds a glam factor to your look. This ivory lehenga is glamorous and fairy-tale type. This lehenga has mirror work in layers with gota work and patterns in between made up of mirror work. I like the fact that the dupatta is light as the whole lehenga is pretty heavy and has mirror all over it. This lehenga oozes royalty and sophistication and I am totally crushing on the colour.
Even though there are a lot of colours available in the market, a lot of girls still prefer the traditional red lehenga. Abhinav Mishra has not missed the traditional red from his collection considering the fan base of red lehengas. But this red lehenga is not heavy but light. I love the floral prints on it which makes it look easy breezy for a summer wedding. A lot of brides are going for floral lehengas for their wedding and for those who love florals in their wedding lehenga this is a good pick. To balance out the simplicity, the border is wide and has mirror work patti with gota pati on it. It also has a mirror work patti on the waist to give it a good definition. The dupatta is white which compliments the look and breaks the monotony.
Shararas are back in fashion and have suddenly picked up a huge following in india. If you are someone who loves Shararas over lehengas then this sharara set is perfect for you. The colour combination of this sharara has my heart. Only Abhinav Mishra can think of a colour combination like this and deliver a beauty. The powder pink shirt, mixed with turquoise sharara and yellow dupatta stands out to be one of my most favourite colour combination for a summer wedding. The sharara has a wide border with little mirror work all over it. The shirt has a mix of mirror work and gota pati and so does the dupatta. This is by far my most favourite outfit from Abhinav mishra’s spring collection.
While this collection has vibrant bright coloured lehengas and Shararas, this is one piece which is pastel from this collection. For all the pastel lovers, this is the one for you. This is heather shade of purple combined with peach coloured dupatta. The base colour is heather and the mirror work is teamed with peach colour on the lehenga skirt. The dupatta is plain net which compliments the whole look.
